Anthrologica designed and delivered a bespoke Training of Trainers course on qualitative research methods for Oxfam’s Global Humanitarian Team. The training aimed to strengthen organisational capacity in the use of qualitative data across global, regional, and country-level teams. The course covered the planning and design of qualitative research, tool development, data collection and analysis, and effective use and presentation of findings. Delivered online, the training equipped participants to integrate qualitative evidence into their programming and to cascade learning by training others across the organisation.
