UGANDA

UGANDA
This study collected local knowledge, attitudes and practices data relating to Lymphatic Filariasis morbidity and morbidity management in Uganda. Anthrologica undertook an assessment for Sightsavers to understand patient health-seeking behaviour of those affected and disabled by Lymphatic Filariasis in order to identify potential barriers to the acceptability of proposed interventions. The findings contributed to the planning of large-scale morbidity management and disability prevention (MMDP) interventions.
