Adolescent and youth mental health and wellbeing toolkits

Jordan
To strengthen the mental health and psychosocial wellbeing of adolescents and youth in Jordan – particularly those on the move – UNICEF Jordan commissioned Anthrologica to develop two evidence-based Mental Health and Wellbeing Toolkits. The first Toolkit was for young people aged 16–24, providing practical strategies to support their own mental health and that of their peers, including when and how to seek services or referrals. The second Toolkit was designed for youth facilitators, offering guidance on delivering mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) activities and practicing self-care. The content was developed through participatory action research with young people with a strong emphasis on knowledge sharing and learning. Published in Arabic, the Toolkits are a valuable resource for the MENA region and beyond.
